Description

The Nurburgring 24 Hour race is held each year and the Tamiya 1/10 scale R/C model kit reproduces the MINI JCW Coupe which competed in this grueling race in 2011. The compact form of the 2 door coupe, including its distinctive roof shape, has been accurately reproduced with the model's polycarbonate body.

Separately molded parts for the side mirrors and rear wing also add to the realistic appearance. The vivid race car livery can be recreated using the included decal sheets.

The front wheel drive M-05 chassis features a lightweight, narrow, durable, and an easy-assembly semi-monocoque resin frame. Gearbox, motor, battery pack, receiver, servo and ESC are positioned for optimum weight distribution and a low center of gravity.

Ground hugging 4 wheel independent double wishbone suspension and the 3 piece steering linkage provides stable high-speed cornering. In addition, the M-Chassis radial tires are mounted on 8-spoke wheels to enhance the Mini's realism.
