The Nakajima Ki-84 "Hayate" was a single-seat fighter used by the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force in World War II. The Allied reporting name was "Frank". The Japanese Army designation was Army Type 4 Fighter featuring excellent performance and high maneuverability, the Ki-84 was considered to be the best Japanese fighter to see large scale operations during World War II. It was able to match any Allied fighter, and to intercept the high-flying B-29 Super Fortresses. Its powerful armament (that could include two 30 mm and two 20 mm cannon) increased its lethality.

This beautiful scale Ki-84 Hayate comes in a realistic finish and a nicely shaped, true-scale outline that looks just like the real thing! Featuring a built-up wing/tail section and factory covered with highly detailed covering film, this Ki-84 Hayate will be a real looker at your favorite flying site. To complete this model you will need 5 mini servos, a 25 size brushless motor, 40A ESC, and 3S 11.1V 3300mAh LiPoly Battery. A well hidden battery hatch on top of the fuselage makes accessing the battery easy. Included mechanical retracts round out the scale looks of this airplane.
