Element EX259 lamb universal sling attachment(LUSA)  mount, features a QD Sling slot with a 1 inch sling swivel. There is a extra sling loop on the 20mm mount base, the unique design sling loop offer an 1inch sling loop and HK hook sling loop at the same time.
