Arkbird 433 Serial Module (433 MHz) for Ground Control Station

Description

This Arkbird 433 Serial Module gives you the capability to plan, control and modify flights from the ground using your PC by using the Arkbird Ground Control System (GCS) software and is compatible with Arkbird 2.0 and Arkbird LITE autopilot systems. It features Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) RF technology for unparalleled performance and interference rejection. (Note: Autopilot needs to be upgraded to 1.2010 or later firmware.)

Arkbird Ground Control System (GCS)is a software specifically designed for Arkbird Autopilot and supports Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows8, Windows 10. Flights can be monitored and controlled by a computer, with up to 50 waypoints pre-programmed. By utilizing channels 5 and 6 on the autopilot multiple waypoint functions can be actioned in real time, giving you ultimate flexibility to modify pre-planned flights as operational conditions dictate.

A particularly noteworthy feature of the Arkbird 433 Serial Module is its ability to allow 2 Arkbird Autopilots to access it and enable the exchange of position so that formation flying can be automated and display the position and altitude of the other aircraft onto the OSD, automatically tracking both flights.
