Description

HobbyKing™ Old Eagle has been built a easy to fly, super fun parkflyer model. The light weight airframe features a high set pusher propeller configuration great for learning to fly, or use as a FPV plane using micro sized equipment! The airframe is a unique hybrid of a super light weight plywood underlying structure with the skin of the airframe being of thin EPP foam sheet.

In addition to the unique hybrid construction, the HobbyKing™ Old Eagle also has a great pre-painted high visibility color scheme. This means it looks good and is easy to orient during your first flights. In addition to the Old Eagle being a durable airframe, the wing is held on with a few rubberbands which allows the wing to shift in a crash thereby reducing damage. The supplied hardware is excellent and this model offers an easy and quick build due to large amount of pre-fabrication. Access your receiver or lipo battery through a small flap of foam held closed with just a spot of velcro. The pusher propeller design further reduces chance of motor damage should you nose it in.

The very attractive HobbyKing™ Old Eagle offers tame flight characteristics for the pilot looking to learn to fly, or just wants a relaxing model for those lazy day flight sessions.
